Knowledge is only power, if applied properly
Method
Knowledge sheds light on invisible internal forces and mechanisms, which unconsciously work against you, and unconsciously or consciously become part of your weakening SELF. By understanding underlying mechanisms and systems, you can use protocols with appropriate interventions to neutralize the opposing forces and stimulate the promoting ones.
The power of good methodology lies in understanding how our human body and brain works as a complex system with different subsystems. If we make the right connections between all these systems, then we can uncover the bottlenecks in our system and create leverage with various techniques to lift the patient out of the chronic impasse faster.
What is the power of clinical Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (cPNI) and Intermittent Living?
Looking for the real cause
Clinical psycho-neuroimmunology
With clinical PNI, you dive deep into the disease picture, looking for true causes and coherence, focusing on each patient’s unique and complete story. The science of kPNI helps to see beyond the symptom and give patients back control of their lives and health. As the name suggests, our psyche plays an enormously important role in the interaction of the various systems.
The kPNI, is the only complete medicine, which continuously updates itself using the latest scientific discoveries and has very well mapped out how different systems in our body and mind influence each other. In this way, the kPNI forms the ideal framework for evaluating interventions.

Intermittent Living & Hormesis
” What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger. “
We as humans have not yet lost our hunter-gatherer genes that programmed us to do anything to survive. An environment full of challenges encouraged our ancestors to constantly seek solutions by moving, thinking creatively and being flexible. This forced them to develop physical strength and intelligence to survive.
Today we live in a “comfort environment” that we are in control of and meet our wants and needs. Because of this understimulation of challenges in daily life compared to the past, our muscle tissue has decreased, we develop fewer neurons and our immune system becomes unbalanced. In our modern comfort zone, we become more and more vulnerable and sick.
Intermittent Living is all about hormesis: administering acute stressors according to the right protocol and in a safe manner, in an optimal dose and with the right timing.
The Intermittent Living concept is based on the action of hormetic stimuli, as:.
- short-term extreme cold
- extreme heat: e.g. sauna and infrared therapy
- therapeutic hypercapnia (CO2 therapy)
- medicinal hypoxia (low O2 therapy)
- hunger: intermittent fasting
- thirst: intermittent drinking

Integrative Orthomolecular Therapy & Phytotherapy
In summary, the goal of orthomolecular therapy is to use nutrition, nutrients, exercise, dietary supplements, phytotherapy and other lifestyle interventions integrally in the prevention and treatment of derailed physiology with symptoms and disease states. This involves looking at risk factors and opportunities for health improvement at all levels: biochemistry, energy, cells and organs, organ systems, the social environment and the mutual interactions between all of these.

Coaching and other techniques
” We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”
Coaching is the form of counseling based on an equal one-to-one relationship aimed at changing people in a positive way, based on a belief in the possibilities for change that lie in the enduring interaction between insight and behavior. Coaching is rooted in positive psychology. Insight, as mentioned above, is a form of learning within which the coachee, by synthesizing their own knowledge, supplemented if necessary with knowledge from the coach, becomes more skilled in achieving set goals. The coachee learns, the coach supports and guides this learning process. The client determines the goal: the coach asks questions, gives advice and adds knowledge where necessary. The client remains responsible for his or her own decisions.
Coaching of groups is also possible. The coach then looks for collective patterns in behavior and thinking in the group. Insight is a form of learning that automates almost instantly.
Solution-focused (brief) therapy (SFBT) is a goal-oriented collaborative approach to psychotherapeutic change conducted through direct observation of clients’ responses to a series of carefully constructed questions. SFBT focuses on addressing what clients want to achieve without examining the history and origin of problem(s). SF therapy sessions typically focus on the present and future in order to “build solutions” and focus on the past only to the extent necessary to convey empathy and accurate understanding of the client’s concerns. By doing so, SFBT focuses on clients’ strengths and resilience.
NLP, short for ‘neuro-linguistic programming’, gives you the models and techniques to manage yourself more effectively. Using NLP, you will recognize your own pitfalls and learn to avoid them.
